Returns: If you would like to return an item, please email us at: returns@avrielle.com with your name, order #, and reason for return. Return merchandise must be post-marked within 14 days of purchase, unworn with tags attached, and in the original box/ pouch. Sale items will receive a store credit.  Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. All valid returns will receive instructions, including a 'ship to' return address and a return authorization number. Please read our full Return Policy for additional details.
