Can I place an order over the phone?
We are happy to take your order over the phone. Feel free to give us a call at (212) 645- 0171 with any questions or concerns you have about your order or our merchandise. We're here to help!
Do you take special orders?
We have access to many more designers and styles than what we showcase on our site. Please call or email us and we'll be happy to send you images of some additional options based upon your needs. Many of our customers prefer to shop our site with the help of a real live person. We pride ourselves on our customer service and enjoy giving further insight into a particular piece, even if it doesn't result in a sale! We also offer Bridal Consultations for Bridesmaid jewelry.
Where do you ship?
Avrielle's shopping cart currently accepts orders for domestic shipments only. If you would like to place an international order, please contact us at orders@avrielle.com with your order, address, and credit card# and we will advise estimated shipping costs. At this time we do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO addresses or US territories.
How do you ship?
We generally ship via UPS. In the instance of certain promotional offerings, however, we may ship via USPS.
Can you ship an order to multiple addresses?
We currently do not ship to multiple addresses. It is best to place a separate order for each ship-to address.
What are your shipping fees?
Shipping fees are determined by the UPS Shipping
Calculator found at the bottom left-hand corner of your Shopping Cart.
Will sales tax be charged on my order?
Sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped within New York State.
Do you offer gift cards?
Avrielle offers e-gift cards for the socially and environmentally conscious consumer! You can find the link near the bottom of our site, or you can click here to purchase an e-gift card.
Do you re-stock sold-out merchandise?
This depends on the item. If you would like to purchase an item that is sold-out, you can add it to your cage and go through the check-out process. Please place sold-out items on a separate order. If the item can be reordered, we will notify you once it has shipped. Please be aware that due to certain circumstances out of our control, there is always a small chance the sold-out item cannot be reordered, in which case we will refund your credit card immediately. If you are interested in purchasing a sold-out item but need to know a definite lead-time, please email us at orders@avrielle.com with the item name, color, size, and quantity. We will let you know if the item(s) can be reordered and the estimated lead-time.
RETURNS
What is your return policy?
If you would like to return an item, please email us at: returns@avrielle.com with your name, order #, and reason for return. Return merchandise must be post-marked within 14 days of purchase, unworn with tags attached, and in the original box/ pouch. Sale items will receive a store credit. Custom and personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned. All valid returns will receive instructions, including a 'ship to' return address and a return authorization number. Please read our full Return Policy for additional details.

How can I access my account if I've forgotten my password?
Please email us at myaccount@avrielle.com and we will email you your security question. We will email you your password upon receiving the proper answer.

Whom can I contact about having my designs sold on Avrielle.com?
If you are a designer who is interested in being sold on our site, please contact us at: designers@avrielle.com with design images enclosed. We give serious consideration to each designer, however due to high demand we cannot carry every designer who conveys an interest.
